Minchello Appointed Montgomery Township Attorney as Rubenstein Continues in Specialized Legal Roles

MONTGOMERY, NJ — Montgomery Township has appointed David Minchello, of Rainone Coughlin Minchello, as its new township attorney following a change in legal representation, Township Administrator Lori Savron confirmed. Savron said Wendy Rubinstein Quiroga recently moved to a different law firm, requiring her to step down as township attorney. “Rubinstein Quiroga will, however, continue representing Montgomery as special counsel and in affordable housing and redevelopment matters.” Savron said Minchello has been appointed township attorney and will serve as the municipality’s primary legal representative at Township Committee meetings going forward.
