MONTGOMERY TWP., N.J. — In a brisk round of unanimous votes at its latest meeting, the Township Committee advanced a slate of resolutions touching planning, public safety, operations, and the township’s upcoming Rev250 commemorations. Actions included opening a non-condemnation redevelopment inquiry for 23 Orchard Road, appointing Ryan Pinnella as Fire Official/Marshal with a cost-saving inspector backfill, awarding contracts for submersible pump repairs and OEM radios (funded by a state grant), and approving decrease change orders on completed curb/ADA and sewer projects that finished under budget.
