New Ordinance (First Reading Only)
- Traffic Changes on Township Line Road
A proposed change to traffic rules: possibly updating speed limits, adding stop signs, or changing directions of travel on some roads. Public hearing and final vote will be on August 7.

Consent Agenda (Group Vote for Routine Items)
A. Supporting NJ’s New Environmental Rules (“REAL Rules”)
Montgomery supports stronger state rules to protect against flooding, climate change, and extreme weather using science-based methods.
B. Increasing Bid Threshold
Montgomery is now allowed to approve contracts up to $53,000 without going through a full public bidding process, thanks to state law updates. This helps the town operate more efficiently.

A. 2024 Audit Review
The committee confirms that they’ve reviewed the 2024 financial audit report and are following all state rules regarding local financial oversight.
