MONTGOMERY — In what may be one of the shortest sessions in recent memory, the Montgomery Township Planning Board concluded its April 14 meeting in just 4 minutes and 20 seconds.
Among the actions taken was the formal resolution of approval for a minor subdivision, Case PB-07-24 Block 4001, Lots 26 and 28, previously granted to Public Service Electric & Gas Company (PSEG) at the March 10 Planning Board meeting. The resolution memorialized the board’s decision to allow the creation of a 7-acre lot, which will serve as the future site of an electrical substation.

At the March 10 session, PSEG representatives presented their subdivision plans during a public hearing that included commentary from several residents. The application was approved at that time, pending the formal adoption of the resolution.
With no additional public comment or board discussion needed Monday night, the Planning Board voted unanimously to adopt the resolution.
